Our warranty policy is 12 months parts and labor, and 36 months for structure. You will receive the manufacturers’ warranties on the quality parts we use.
We ensure that Lohr owners, and drivers have peace of mind. So you can focus on your own business and let us focus on your equipment.

How should I start a warranty claim?

Contact Lohr’s Quality Department at (678) 675-5743 or email info@lohr.us. We will begin the claim process immediately to minimize your downtime.

What is covered under my warranty?

We are not expecting you to need trailer service in a hurry. But we also know that Lohr trailers last and last – some are in use for decades – so when you do need service it’s good to know that there is a network of Lohr service and repair centers across the country. Operator Training

Lohr North America provides complimentary hands on training for operators at our Lincoln Alabama facility. We understand that many of the drivers that come to pick up a new rig from us are going to be operating a Lohr unit for the first time.
